Welcome, Tracy and Pat!

I'm glad to say that we've added two new members to our little club.

After Fanny Hill, we'll pick: Tracy, Pat, Melissa, Joy, Angie

Tracy went to school with Melissa and I. If you'd like to comment and introduce yourself to Joy, that would be great! There's also a little "reading survey" that you could fill out here: http://amabookclub.blogspot.com/2009/03/survey-about-reading.html

Thanks for the welcome Angie and hi Joy. It's nice to meet you. A little about me...I graduated from Troy High School in 1998, Roberts Wesleyan in 2007 with a B.S. in Organizational Management, and in 2010 from Nazareth College with a M.S. in Early Childhood Education. I am a mother of 2 boys. Andrew is 7yrs and Bruce in 5 years. My husband, John is currently serving in the U.S. Navy. I look forward to reading with you.

Welcome Tracy, I am the "older" more mature one in the group .....

I also have 1 child (boy age 15 now, will be driving NEXT year!), also attended Troy in the 70's - groovy.

Welcome PAT! It will be interesting to get an ENGLISH teacher's perspective! But don't read Fanny Hill unless you want to 'color prodigously'.....

Thanks Joy.
I think my parents graduated sometime in the 70's from Troy. Maybe you know them. Rod Watson and Kathy Ayers McClelland.

Not that Tracy is trying to make you feel old, Joy, by commenting that you may have gone to school with her parents... Wait, or is she? :-)

NO. I am not. I am just curious about whether or not there is a connection there.

How do I leave an orginal post? I seem to be able to comment only on other people's posts.

At the very top of the main blog page, next to your email address there should be a link that says "new post" -- that should do it!

Don't know your parents Tracy, they must be WAY older than me - but I will look in my yearbook.
